Register by:

1. Completing registration form

2. Mailing registration form along with full or half payment. Entrance in the program is on a first come-first served basis. It is recommended that you register early. If registering more than one child in your family one full payment must accompany the registration form.

Tuition

Tuition is $384. This includes a T-shirt and a CD recording of the Finale Concert. Tuition may be paid in full or in two equal installments. Full or half payment must accompany the registration form. Half payment is $192. A second payment must be paid by June 30, 2009. Any family enrolling more than one student in NorthEnd Jazz will receive a 50% ($192) deduction for each additional child enrolled. Once again, If registering more than one child in your family one full payment must accompany the registration form. At this time we are not able to accept charge cards. Please make checks payable to NORTHEND JAZZ.

Audition

All students must audition for class placement:

1) Students should play one prepared piece of no more than 2 minutes in length.

2) Students will sight read a piece selected by the directors.

3) Non-beginner band students will play scales where appropriate (drummers play swing/latin beats)

Disclaimer

NorthEnd Jazz reserves the right to change schedules, courses, content, and substance of programs. Program cancellation may occur if enrollment is not sufficient.

Refunds

A full refund/credit will be given if NorthEnd Jazz cancels a class because of insufficient enrollment.

Also:

If a written notice indicating your wish to cancel enrollment is received 3 days prior to the start of the camp a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee per registration will be issued within 15 working days
